Authenticity
Q: Are the perfumes on Nejaroperfumes original?
A: Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers. We do not sell replicas, first-copies, testers labeled as originals, or refilled bottles.
Q: How can I verify my perfume is authentic?
A: Every bottle arrives sealed in its original packaging with an intact batch code printed on both the box and the bottle. You can cross-check batch codes using online batch-code checkers.
Q: What if I doubt the authenticity of my order?
A: Contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp at 01040540122. If any product fails an authenticity check, we will make it right with a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you deliver to all of Egypt?
A: Yes, we deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs a flat 80 EGP anywhere in Egypt, and it is completely free on all orders above 5000 EGP.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are delivered within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash on delivery (COD) and InstaPay, so you can pay the way that suits you best.
Q: Is cash on delivery available?
A: Yes, cash on delivery is available on all orders across Egypt.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange a perfume?
A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and still sealed in its original packaging.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Take a photo of the damaged item and contact us on WhatsApp at 01040540122, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Q: What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
A: Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher fragrance oil concentration (15-20%), so it lasts longer and projects more. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter (5-15%), making it ideal for daytime and hot weather.
Q: Do you sell niche perfumes?
A: Yes. Alongside designer brands, we carry niche houses such as Nasomatto, Montale, and Ibrahim Al Qurashi, including exclusive releases like the IRTH Collection.
